Buildtelligence Web Solutions, LLC operates ValuedInput. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information through valuedinput.com, valuedinput.io, and authorized branded portals that link to this Policy. It covers website visitors, account users, businesses, agencies, white-label partners and resellers, review-request recipients, and people whose reviews are processed through the Service.
In this Policy, “ValuedInput,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Buildtelligence Web Solutions, LLC. You can contact us at request@valuedinput.io or by mail at PO Box 177, Fruitland Park, FL 34731, United States.
1 Our role and the business that invited you
We operate the review-management platform and determine how we handle information for our own website, account administration, security, billing, and central messaging program. When a business or its authorized agency or reseller uses ValuedInput to manage customer contacts and review requests, we also process information on that business’s behalf and according to its authorized instructions and applicable agreements.
The business identified in a review invitation is responsible for its relationship with you and its own privacy practices. Its agency or reseller may administer the account and access information within that authorized relationship. A partner’s logo or domain does not change ValuedInput’s identity as the platform operator. Contact the identified business about its customer records or its reason for inviting you. You may contact us directly about ValuedInput’s processing or to stop messages.
2 Information we collect
Account and business information. We collect names, email addresses, organization relationships, user permissions, business and location names, business addresses, timezones, Google Business Profile identifiers, review-page links, logos, brand settings, and authorized portal domains. We also process authentication information, password hashes, multifactor authentication and recovery records, invitation and password-reset records, and account activity.
Customer contact and messaging information. Businesses and their authorized users may enter or import customer names, email addresses, and telephone numbers. We process channel preferences, consent status, consent source and timing, program and disclosure identifiers, evidence of direct SMS opt-in, opt-out records, and suppression information. We also process campaign settings, scheduled requests, message content, recipient destinations, provider identifiers, delivery outcomes, errors, and reminder history.
Review and reporting information. We process reviews and recommendations obtained through authorized sources, including the reviewer’s displayed name, review text, ratings or recommendation status, source identifiers, and posting and observation dates. We maintain request, delivery, review-link visit, and review metrics separately. A visit to a review site does not establish that the recipient posted a review.
AI information. When an authorized user requests an AI reply draft, we process the selected review text, business name, brand voice, generated draft, saved edits, and generation history, including relevant model and configuration versions. Review text and brand instructions may themselves contain personal information.
Billing and merchant information. We process purchasing and selling account identities, orders, selected plans, licensed location quantities, commitment and billing periods, invoices, payment and refund status, processor and merchant identifiers, limited payment-method information, and SMS and AI credit balances and transaction history. Payment processors collect payment credentials through their payment flows. ValuedInput uses processor references and limited metadata rather than storing full card numbers or card security codes.
Technical and support information. Our application and hosting providers process information necessary to serve and secure requests, such as IP addresses, browser or device information, access times, authentication and security events, and error information. We collect the information you include in support requests or other communications.
3 Sources of information
We receive information from you, the business whose account is involved, its authorized agency or reseller, and users administering that account. We also receive information through your use of our websites and links, authorized Google or Meta connections, payment processors such as Stripe and Square, and messaging providers such as Twilio. Connecting a service authorizes only the access needed for the selected features; finding a public business listing does not by itself authorize access to its managed account.
4 How we use information
We use information to operate accounts and authorized branded portals; verify identity and permissions; configure business locations; manage contacts and review requests; deliver permitted messages; apply consent, schedules, limits, and opt-outs; monitor authorized reviews; prepare reports and exports; and generate requested AI reply drafts for human review.
We also use information to administer subscriptions, licensed capacity, merchant connections, payments, refunds, credit purchases and allocations, and payment recovery; respond to support and privacy requests; maintain audit and security records; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose service problems; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements. We may use aggregate or deidentified operational information to understand and improve the Service, subject to restrictions imposed by the source provider. We do not attempt to reidentify information maintained as deidentified.
5 Cookies and review links
We use essential cookies to authenticate users, maintain sessions, and protect account access. Authorized branded domains may require their own sign-in and session cookies. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling essential cookies may prevent account access.
Review invitations contain links associated with the invitation or campaign. We record an intentional selection of a review destination and its time so we can report the visit and stop remaining reminders. Opening a landing page alone is not treated as proof that a review was posted. Unsubscribe links identify the relevant recipient so we can apply the requested suppression. Avoid forwarding a personal invitation or unsubscribe link if you do not want another person to act through it.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we introduce optional tracking that requires notice, consent, or an opt-out, we will provide those controls and update the relevant disclosures. We honor legally required privacy preference signals where applicable.
6 When we disclose information
Within your authorized account relationship. Account information, customer contact records, messaging activity, reviews, reports, and relevant billing information are available to users authorized for the business, its agency, or its reseller. Access follows the saved account relationship. A reseller does not receive access to unrelated accounts merely because it uses the same platform.
Service providers. Hosting, database, security, support, messaging, payment, and AI providers process information needed to perform their services. Messaging providers and carriers process destinations and message content to deliver authorized communications and apply opt-outs. Payment processors process the information needed for the relevant seller’s transactions. AI providers receive the inputs described in Section 8. These arrangements do not authorize providers to reuse our SMS opt-in records as their own contact lists.
Review platforms and your instructions. When you choose a Google or Facebook review destination, you interact with that platform under its own terms and privacy policy. Authorized account users may export information or direct other permitted disclosures. We may also disclose information at your direction or with your valid consent for the specific disclosure.
Legal and business purposes. We may disclose information when legally required, to respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or establish or defend legal claims. Information may be involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law and the restrictions on SMS consent below.
7 Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is a direct agreement for the identified ValuedInput program and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or reused to enroll you in another business’s messaging program. The general disclosure categories in Section 6 do not permit that use or transfer.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
We retain control of the program’s opt-in evidence and use it to document and enforce your choices. Authorized business users may see messaging eligibility or opt-out status so they can manage permitted review requests; that status does not give them a transferable SMS consent list.
Reply STOP to a ValuedInput text to stop future review-request texts from the central program, including requests associated with other participating businesses using that sender. You may also revoke consent by contacting request@valuedinput.io or using another reasonable method required by applicable law. Reply HELP for help. We may send a nonpromotional confirmation of your opt-out where permitted. We retain the minimum suppression information needed to avoid contacting you again. A later contact import or a business’s consent checkbox does not override your opt-out. New enrollment requires a valid new opt-in.
8 AI reply drafting
ValuedInput uses an AI service selected by the platform operator to prepare review-response drafts requested by authorized users. The drafting request sends the business name, relevant brand-voice instructions, and selected review text to that service. The reply-drafting feature does not send customer contact lists, payment credentials, or SMS consent evidence as drafting inputs.
We save draft results, authorized edits, and information needed to associate the draft with its review and account and administer usage credits. Drafts require human review and are not automatically published. Users should avoid placing sensitive or unnecessary personal information in brand instructions or review-response text.
The selected AI provider processes submitted content under the applicable service and data-processing arrangements. Providers can have different retention and processing terms; contact request@valuedinput.io for information about the provider used for your account. We use submitted content for the requested drafting feature and related operation of that feature. Any additional use requiring a new legal basis or consent will be separately addressed.
9 Retention and security
We retain personal information for the period reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing the Service, maintaining account and transaction records, documenting consent, honoring opt-outs, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Relevant factors include the account relationship, applicable legal retention periods, unresolved transactions or delivery outcomes, and restrictions imposed by review and other source providers.
Provider-derived review content is subject to the provider’s permitted storage and use limits. Account closure, payment suspension, and removal of a location do not automatically erase billing, audit, consent, or suppression records. Information in backups is subject to the applicable backup retention cycle and must remain protected. We assess deletion requests separately and retain only information justified by the applicable purpose or exception.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including access restrictions, protected authentication records, and encryption for sensitive integration credentials. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and controlling access to information you export.
10 Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or provide a portable copy of your personal information by emailing request@valuedinput.io or writing to our mailing address. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of specified uses, use an authorized agent, or appeal a denied request. We will verify requests as reasonably necessary, respond within the applicable legal period, and explain any applicable exception or appeal process. We do not discriminate against you for exercising rights protected by law.
If the information belongs to a business’s customer records, contact that business as well. We may refer a request to the responsible business or assist it according to our role and applicable law. Your request to us can still be used to stop ValuedInput messages or address information for which we are directly responsible.
Use the unsubscribe link in a review-request email to stop future review-request emails sent through the relevant central sender to that address. You can also contact us to opt out. Necessary account, security, and transaction communications are handled separately from review-request or promotional messages. SMS choices are explained in Section 7. Opting out does not remove a review already published on a third-party platform; contact that platform about its review-removal process.
11 Children and international processing
ValuedInput’s account services are intended for adults acting for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been provided so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
ValuedInput is operated from the United States and its review-request program is intended for US recipients. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable law requires protections for an international transfer, we use the required contractual or other safeguards.
12 Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as the Service or our practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes and obtain additional consent where required by law. A policy update does not itself create SMS consent or permit retroactive use of information beyond applicable legal requirements.
