How customers opt in
Each participating business has its own consent form, hosted by ValuedInput, which it shares with its customers. Each customer decides for themselves whether to receive review invitations by text, by email, or neither. Both boxes start unchecked, and leaving them unchecked never affects a purchase or service.
What you’ll receive
Review invitations and related reminders about your experience with the business named on the form. A standard review request includes one text message and up to three emails. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Texts come from ValuedInput’s central review-request number. Emails come from ValuedInput.io on behalf of the business.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any ValuedInput text to stop review-request texts from that sender, including texts associated with other participating businesses. Reply HELP for help. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any review-request email. You can also email request@valuedinput.io at any time. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
What ValuedInput records
When you submit the form, ValuedInput records your choice for each channel, the time, the business and form, and the exact wording you agreed to, so your consent and any later opt-out are documented. ValuedInput does not sell or rent mobile numbers, and SMS consent can’t be transferred to another business’s messaging program. See section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
