Agency pricing

Per-location pricing that scales with you.

Agencies use the same transparent per-location pricing as everyone else — the more locations you purchase, the lower the rate for all of them.

White-label activation

Included — $0 on 12-, 24-, and 48-month commitments.

Questions

Agency FAQ

What can be branded with our agency’s identity?

Your brand name, logo, and interface colors (buttons and highlights, navigation, and page background) appear for your team and every client under your white label, including the sign-in page. Each end client’s own logo stays on their customer emails and PDF reports.

Can we use our own domain?

Yes. You can set a portal hostname you own — for example, reviews.youragency.com — for team and client logins. Customer email continues to send through the platform’s base sender domain.

How are client accounts organized?

Your agency is the white-label partner organization, and each client is an end-client organization within your access scope. Locations belong to clients, and you can view them together or one at a time.

Is there a minimum number of locations?

No. Pricing is based only on the number of locations you purchase and your commitment term — an agency can start with a single location.

What does white labeling cost?

White-label activation is included at no charge on 12-, 24-, and 48-month commitments, and is a one-time $199 fee per master account on monthly plans. It never changes the per-location rate.
